Subtract your band size from your cup measurement

Place the tape measure over the fullest part of your bust.
Extend the tape measure around your chest, keeping it level all the way around. Hold the tape measure fairly tight against your bra, without pulling or squishing, which could result in an inaccurate measurement.

Record the measurement in inches, rounding up to the nearest whole number. This is your cup size.

Subtract your band size from your cup measurement lingeries. If the two measurements are the same, you should wear an A cup. A difference of one inch indicates a B cup, with each additional inch increasing one letter size, including C, D, DD, DDD/E, F, FF and G. Most department stores and women's clothing shops carry cup sizes up to at least D, while maternity stores, plus-size clothing stores and lingerie shops usually have a broader range of sizes.

Measure your body around the largest part of your breast. Make sure the tape measure is even around you and goes across the middle of your breasts.

Subtract the measurement from step 2 from the measurement in step 3. For example if your band measurement was 40 and your breast measurement was 42, your result would be 2 inches. Each inch is equal to 1 cup size for the bra. For example, 1 inch equals A cup, 2 inches equals B cup, 3 inches equals C cup and 4 inches equals a D cup. In this example, you would wear a bra size 40 B.

Subtract your band measurement from your fullest point measurement to determine your cup size. If the measurements are the same, you are cup size AA. You go up a cup size for each additional inch of difference. For example, 1 inch difference equals A cup, 2 inch difference equals B cup, 3 inch difference equals C cup and 4 inch difference equals D cup.

Visit the lingerie section of a department store or a Victoria's Secret store at your local mall, if you are uncertain about your measuring skills. A salesperson will be happy to help you measure for the correct bra size.MORE;cheap sexy lingerie
